Panagiotis K. Rumis is a civil engineer, entrepreneur, and cross-border business leader based in Athens. He is the Founder & CEO of RUMMING Group, a multi-company platform operating in Greece, Albania, Kosovo, Italy, and the wider Western Balkans, focused on façade engineering, advanced architectural surfaces, and sustainable heating solutions. Through the Group’s companies and partners RUMMING E.C.H., RUMMINGidea, RCON-AL, RCON BIOheater, AHT HEATING Balkans, and ASTRIT Development (where he is Co-Founder and a Board Member) he delivers high-performance building envelopes, eco-friendly bioethanol fireplaces, innovative electric heating systems, and strategic market-expansion services.
Beyond his business activity, Panagiotis serves as President of the Greek-Albanian Industrial, Commercial and Professional Association, which he leads to strengthen economic cooperation, organize impactful B2B missions, and build long-term institutional and entrepreneurial bridges between Greece and Albania. He has also supported the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem as a former founding leader of the Albanian diaspora business chamber, and an active member of BNI Greece.
