Carmina Fusté is the Managing Director of Philip Morris Romania. With more than 20 years of experience in the company, she has built a career across multiple markets, including Spain, France, Switzerland, and the Canary Islands, where she served as General Manager between 2022 and 2025.

Throughout her career, Carmina has specialized in sales leadership, digital transformation, and building innovative ecosystems, playing a key role in PMI’s global transition toward a smoke-free future. She has held senior positions in marketing and commercial operations, including Commercial Director for Spain, where she led large-scale teams and drove strategic growth initiatives. Her leadership style is defined by clarity, empathy, and accountability, values she applies to foster innovation and empower teams to embrace change.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Carmina is committed to advancing Philip Morris International’s vision of a smoke-free future, emphasizing long-term investments in technology, talent, and industrial development.
