Work in complex organizational conditions, including high managerial positions in non-governmental sector (Secretary General 1994-2000 and President of the European Movement in Serbia 2020-2024), state administration (Assistant Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2000-2004), in a regional organization (Deputy Secretary General, Regional Cooperation Council, 2008-2013), as well as project or department manager positions in academic institutions (Institute for International Politics and Economy, Center for Strategic Studies and Institute of Economic Sciences). Coordination of a great number of national, regional and international research projects. Publishing of hundreds of articles, book chapters, or conference proceedings, editing books and journals.
