Jason Pellmar is the World Bank Group’s Country Manager for Bulgaria, based in Sofia, where he works across the institution to support the country’s public and private sector priorities. Mr. Pellmar, a U.S. national, brings over 15 years of experience in infrastructure, private sector development, and investment operations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to this role, he served as Regional Industry Manager for Infrastructure in India, Bhutan, and the Maldives, based in Mumbai for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – the World Bank Group’s private sector arm.
