Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary

Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Hellenic Republic

Born on 5 September 1981 in Astana, Kazakhstan. Holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Wales and graduated from the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages. Speaks English and Polish. In diplomatic service since 2003. Served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Poland, and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. Held senior positions in the Department of Europe of the MFA, including Director General. In 2017–2020 served as Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission in Greece. In 2022–2025 was Minister-Counsellor, Deputy Head of Mission to the EU and NATO, and Deputy Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg. Since January 2025, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Greece. Recipient of the State Award “For Exceptional Service” and jubilee medals marking 25 years of the Diplomatic Service and 30 years of Independence of Kazakhstan.
