Mr. Winand L.E. Quaedvlieg, Vice-President of the Employers Group of the European Economic and Social Committee EESC; Chair of BusinessatOECD/BIAC Investment Committee; former Head Brussels Office Netherlands Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers VNO-NCW; former Deputy Director International Economic Affairs VNO-NCW (international trade, investment policy, international corporate social responsibility); former Vice Chair BUSINESSEUROPE International Relations Committee. He was a member of the Commission on European Integration (CEI), Advisory Council on International Affairs (AIV), of the Netherlands & Ministry of Foreign Affairs; lecturer on EU External Economic Policy, Master European Union Studies, Leiden University 2006-2015. Board Member and Vice- President European Movement NL 1995 – 2005. He studied Dutch and European law in Nijmegen (NL) and Nancy (FR). Nominated Officer in the French Ordre National du Mérite in 2011.
