Angeliki Drakou is the Co-Founder and CEO of Grizo & Prasino, a boutique Greek company specializing in organic herbs, premium botanical blends, and herbal iced teas. Based in Κomotini, the company develops high-quality products rooted in Greek botanical tradition while redefining their role within contemporary gastronomy. Under her leadership, Grizo & Prasino has built credibility in both retail and HoReCa markets and has developed export activity across European markets. The company’s mission is to reposition Greek herbs beyond their traditional medicinal perception, restoring their gastronomic identity through innovation, whole-leaf quality, and experiential concepts. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and serves as General Secretary of the Professional and Craft Chamber of Rodopi.
