Branislav Aleksic is Legal Counsel with Master of Laws degree in European and International Commercial Law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He is currently in charge of the division Foreign Trade Law and Corporate Security at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in Munich, Germany. For the past 10 years, he is managing Trade Compliance for Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and its 76 research institutes with practice focuses on international foreign trade law and export control com-pliance matters: responsible for the development, oversight, and management of the Fraunhofer export control compliance program and recently also for the in-ternal research security policy. Mr. Aleksic is also a co-founder and vice chair of the European Export Control Association for Research Organizations (EECARO).
