Aleksandar Zlatković is an economist and financial expert with over 20 years of experience in finance, energy policy, and strategic project management. He currently serves as Economic Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia, where he coordinates the implementation of Serbia’s Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan and Just Transition initiatives. He has also worked as a Partnerships Advisor at United Nations Office for Project Services, supporting the modernization of Serbia’s power utility. Aleksandar holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Niš and specializes in sustainable finance, energy transition, and large infrastructure investment projects.
