Antonios Kerastaris is an alumnus of Athens College and a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business. On January 2, 2026, he has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of “Athens Urban Transport Organisation - OASA.” Mr. Kerastaris is a senior executive with extensive experience in top-tier management roles across international and Greek companies. He commenced his career at Procter & Gamble Hellas in 1996 and subsequently held key leadership positions in major multinational and domestic organizations, including Mercedes-Benz Hellas, Hilton Athens Hotel, Porto Carras S.A., Grigoris Microgevmata S.A., and Allied Domecq Hellas S.A. In 2005, he assumed the role of CFO at COSMOTE Romanian Mobile Telecommunications S.A. In 2008, he joined Hellas Online (HOL) as CFO and subsequently served as CEO (2009–2014), leading the company through a significant phase of growth and profitability. In 2014, he assumed the roles of Group CFO and subsequently CEO of Intralot S.A. (2014–2019). In 2020, he joined Brink's, initially serving as Chairman & Managing Director of Brink’s Hellas, and from 2025 as South Europe Market Unit Leader of Brink’s Inc.
