Dionysis is a Greek-qualified lawyer. He currently serves as Trade Attaché – Advisor at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Cyprus to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium, where he focuses on trade negotiations and legislative files related to EU trade and investment policy. In this capacity, he actively supports the 2026 Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Previously, he gained experience at EY Greece's legal practice, a top-tier Greek business law firm, and the Permanent Representation of Greece to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. With an interdisciplinary background, Dionysis studied Law (LLB, First Class Honours) at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, International Business (Minor Certificate) at Deree-The American College of Greece, and Financial Management (MSc) at Athens University of Economics and Business. He regularly writes articles on Gen Z and the Greek educational system and is committed to promoting social and youth engagement. Notably, he coordinated a panhellenic research study on the trends and challenges of Gen Z, carried out by the youth think tank WeSolve and the polling firm Prorata S.A.
