Vangelis Mihalopoulos is the Co-Founder and CEO of Yodeck, a global SaaS company operating in the digital signage sector. Since founding the company in 2012, he has led its growth into an international organization with more than 170 employees, serving over 30,000 customers across more than 140 countries. He brings a strong combination of technical and business expertise, holding a degree in Informatics and Telecommunications and an MBA in International Business. He began his career as a software engineer, before moving into product management and leadership roles, gaining broad experience in building and scaling technology products. In addition to his executive role, Vangelis is a Co-Founder of Starttech Ventures, an venture builder and early-stage capital fund supporting Greek technology startups with global ambitions. Through his involvement, he actively contributes to the development of the local innovation ecosystem, working closely with founders on strategy, product, and growth. His perspective focuses on the challenges and opportunities of building globally competitive technology companies from Greece, as well as the broader role of entrepreneurship and digital innovation in economic growth. He is a frequent participant in discussions on startups, SaaS, company culture and the evolution of technology-driven businesses. He is based in Athens, Greece, and is a proud father of two children.
