Dr. Stephanie Schatz serves as Head of Strategic Customers at ServiceNow and is a member of the EMEA Central Leadership Team, where she built an elite team that drives value for enterprise clients through digital transformation and strategic partnerships. As an ICF-certified Business Coach, Stephanie also supports executives on their growth journeys. Prior to ServiceNow, she served as Strategic Account Advisor at Salesforce and as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she spent a decade advising clients on driving their topline, mainly in Automotive & Manufacturing. Stephanie holds a PhD in Negotiations, a Double Master’s Degree in International Management, and an Honors Degree in Technology Management.
