Tomasz Koźluk is the Economic Counsellor to the OECD Chief Economist and the Head of the Front Office Division. He is also an OECD Delegate to G20 and G7 Finance Track Groups and APEC’s Economic Committee. Tomasz joined the OECD Economics Department in 2007 and worked on issues related to competition, market regulation, fiscal policies, energy and environmental policies as well as transport and infrastructure investment. He has (co-)authored academic papers, working papers, G20 and G7 deliverables and Economic Surveys. He also initiated and supervised various strands of cross-country research at the OECD and headed the Going for Growth flagship. He currently manages the functioning of two senior OECD Committees. A Polish national, Tomasz holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute in Florence and an M.A. in International Economics from Sussex University and Warsaw University.
