Viktoria Nikolaidou is a Project Leader from the Athens office. Viktoria has worked extensively in strategy, operating model design and digital transformations for leading Energy, FI and Industrial Goods players in Southern Europe and the Middle East.
Selected work experience
• Led the design and implementation of a long-term digital transformation program for a European energy player, focusing on refinery and central function initiatives
• Supported the data strategy transformation program for a UK bank, focusing on the design and implementation of data quality standards, processes and governance to enhance risk data maturity across the organization
• Defined the long-term strategy for entering the Building Materials sector for a leading Middle Eastern player, with a deeper focus on cement & industry decarbonization opportunities
• Developed a strategy for reducing cost and operationalizing the shipping department for a European energy player
• Designed a target operating model for the technical organization of a European building materials company
• Developed a target operating model for the post-merger integration of two renewables companies
• Conducted social & economic impact study on Greek economy for a social impact organization
• Developed a risk management control strategy focusing on improving risk management effectiveness & efficiency for a Greek multinational financial services company.
Education Before joining BCG, Viktoria was a management consultant in the United Kingdom focusing on organizational effectiveness for private equity backed companies. During her engagements, she supported 10+ organizational transformations for Industrial Goods players globally.
Viktoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia and a Master's degree in Management from London Business School.
