Dr. Momen Zellmi holds a PhD in Language Education Policy and an MA in English Language and Literature. He is a researcher and analyst at the Center for Future Studies (CFS) and an assistant professor at Halabja University & Cihan University Sulaimaniya. He has published extensively on topics including politics, security, language and educational policy, gender, and culture.
