General Manager Yannis Paraskevopoulos was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1964 and he is married with two children. He studied at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany, earning a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaft (Degree in Business Administration). He is fully fluent in Greek, German, and English. He brings extensive, high-level expertise to the real estate sector, specializing in valuations, feasibility studies, property and market research, investment analysis, and transaction advisory. Throughout a distinguished career, he has successfully spearheaded major projects for prominent organizations, including HRADF, Bain Capital, Hines, Prodea, Trastor, Noval, Brook Lane Capital Investors, Folli Follie, Grupo Dolphin, GEK TERNA, Dimand, and Zeus International. Currently, he is serving as General Manager and Shareholder of Danos Greece, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. As a recognized industry leader, Yannis Paraskevopoulos is a frequent contributor to the financial press regarding the Greek real estate market, as well as a regular speaker and panel moderator at real estate forums across Greece and abroad. Yannis Paraskevopoulos holds professional memberships as an MRICS and belongs to the Hellenic Institute of Valuation (ELIE).
