Emiliano is the Executive Director at Intesa Sanpaolo, responsible for the Platforms & Transformation Department within the International Banks Division. After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from “Politecnico di Torino”, he spent several years in consulting, leading strategic and organizational projects across a wide range of industries. He subsequently joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, where he has held various leadership positions in technology and transformation. Initially his focus was on IT governance as well as development of digital banking solutions for the Italian market;afterwords he moved to large-scale transformation programs, leading complex initiatives involving technology innovation and business process reengineering across multiple countries.
