Krysta Petropoulou, MRICS, is Investment, Sales and Asset Management Director at OTE Group of Companies and leads the Commercial and Asset Management Directorate of OTE Estate. She oversees a team of 25 professionals responsible for the commercial strategy, sales, investment analysis, asset management, valuation and workspace management of OTE Group’s extensive real estate portfolio, comprising approximately 2,300 properties. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Krysta has developed extensive expertise in strategic asset development, portfolio optimization, corporate real estate, investment analysis and the transformation of underutilized assets into sustainable and value-generating spaces. Since joining OTE Estate in 2010, she has led initiatives focused on improving portfolio performance, strengthening decision-making through digital transformation, and integrating sustainability and innovation into real estate operations. Her experience also includes hospitality and resort development, real estate investment and strategic advisory. Prior to joining OTE Estate, she held a managerial position at Dolphin Capital Partners and worked as a Real Estate Consultant at PwC. Krysta is a Board Member of RICS Hellas and Head of the RICS Hellas Sustainability Group, where she actively promotes sustainable real estate practices and the transition towards low-carbon buildings. She is an Urban and Regional Planning Engineer, holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
