Marietta Lazana is the Founder & CEO of HouseMaster, a next-generation real estate marketplace and one of 21 companies selected for the OpenAI Greek AI Accelerator, supported by the Greek Government and Endeavor Greece. Previously based in Berlin with McKinsey & Company, Marietta worked with companies across Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East, focusing on real estate, digital strategy and product innovation. Her international experience gave her direct exposure to how technology, regulation and effective collaboration between the public and private sectors can modernize real estate markets, attract investment, improve market efficiency and strengthen a country’s competitiveness internationally. Today, her work focuses on applying AI, data and digital products to reshape the real estate journey, from property discovery and evaluation to the broader services around buying and renting a home. Beyond HouseMaster, Marietta is an active speaker on AI, technology and entrepreneurship and contributes to initiatives supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
