He is born in Athens, Greece in 1962. He received his MSc in Survey Engineering from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA, EMP) with honours in 1988. He took lessons in distance learning MBA course in 1991/2. Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (ΤΕΕ), since 1988. He established Microland Computers ( SA 1984 and AEBE in 1986) , an IT company, during his studies in the Technical University. He became the CEO of Microland Computers SA since then and in 1999 the company was listed in Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) through IPO. He sold his shares in 2000, and acquired the shares of Cosmos Computers, then Cosmos Business Systems SA (CBS AEBE), along with Vodafone SA and Info quest SA (listed in ASE- IT and Telecom companies) , where he became Chairman of the Board and CEO. From December 2023 is the sole shareholder of the Group (Cosmos Business Systems, Cosmos Consulting, CBS IT Systems Cyprus and CBS-LAN Cyber Security). The technology group has 310 employees and 93 M € in 2025. He is co-founding member since 1996 and elected member, 2005-2007, of the board in Association of Information Technology and Communication Enterprises (SEPE) of Greece. He served also as elected member of the Discipline Committee of the Association, 1996 until today. He also participates in Hellenic Industrial Association (SEV) , the Cyprus Association of Industrial and Commerce ( OEB) , and the Military Equipment Suppliers Association ( ΣΕΚΠΥ).
