Katerina Paliodimou is Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer of Amvrosia Development, with extensive experience in real estate investment, development and asset management. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles across both the public and private sectors, with a strong focus on the development, repositioning and value enhancement of major real estate assets and complex property portfolios. She served as a senior executive at ELLAKTOR Group, where she was involved in the development and advancement of large-scale real estate projects, including Alimos Marina. She has also served as Special Advisor to the Ministry of National Defence and Deputy Director of the Directorate for the Armed Forces Real Estate Development (D.A.F.R.E.D.), contributing to the management and utilization of a portfolio of approximately 2,000 properties. She has also acted as a consultant to companies and investment groups on real estate strategy, investment transactions and development projects. Today, through Amvrosia Development, she focuses on the acquisition, management, development and repositioning of real estate portfolios, with the objective of creating value through targeted investment strategies. A particular area of focus is the activation of existing residential stock and the development of affordable housing solutions, addressing the evolving needs of the housing market. She holds a degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA in Economics from the same university.
