Konstantinos Kopanitsanos is a real estate professional with more than three decades of experience in the property and development sector. Since 1992, he has served as CEO of Kopanitsanos Exclusive Properties, a second-generation real estate firm established in 1961. Born in Sydney, Australia, Konstantinos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Science, with a minor in Business, from the University of South Australia. His professional qualifications include Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Senior Professional Valuer (SPV), Chartered Asset Manager (CAM), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). He is also an international member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Konstantinos currently serves as President of FIABCI–Greece, the Greek chapter of the International Real Estate Federation. He previously served as President of the Hellenic Association of Realtors (H.A.R.) in 2013 and as Liaison to NAR from 2000 to 2016. Throughout his career, Konstantinos has played an active role in the organization of international FIABCI events in Greece and has participated in numerous real estate and property-development conferences across Europe, the United States, Asia, and Greece. His professional experience spans international real estate, property development and valuation, asset management, investment, brokerage, and cross-border property markets. Drawing on his extensive international network and long-standing involvement in professional real estate organizations, he brings to industry discussions a perspective shaped by both the evolution of the Greek property market and the broader dynamics of global real estate.
