Mr. Aminu Umar-Sadiq is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), with experience across public finance management, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and asset management. Prior to his appointment in October 2022, Mr. Umar-Sadiq served as Executive Director and Head of Direct Investments at NSIA, overseeing the Nigeria Infrastructure Fund. His professional antecedents include Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale and Denham Capital Management. Mr. Umar-Sadiq serves on the boards of DBN, NMRC, the National Credit Guarantee Company and Green Guarantee Company, and contributes to global sustainable finance initiatives through EU and UNCTAD advisory roles.
