Eva Papadaki is the Project Manager of HOPEgenesis, a Greek non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the country’s demographic challenge and supporting population growth in remote and underserved communities. Among its other distinctions, in 2018, HOPEgenesis was honored with the European Citizen’s Prize by the European Parliament. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Brunel University, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from the American College of Greece. Her professional career includes extensive experience in major international events. She served as Regional Staffing Operations Manager for Security Operations at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and previously as Staffing Operations Manager at the Olympic Aquatic Centre, overseeing Spectator Services during the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. For the past eight years, Eva has focused her professional career on the civil society sector, working as Project Manager at HOPEgenesis and contributing to initiatives aimed at addressing Greece’s demographic challenges and supporting the sustainability of remote mainland and island communities. Her earlier professional experience includes roles in advertising and human resources.
