George Gretes is Managing Partner of Taygetos Capital, a Toronto-based principal investment platform that sponsors and invests in infrastructure optionality assets across Canada's municipal, forestry, logistics, and defence sectors. He has spent over 15 years structuring complex infrastructure and real estate transactions, aligning public mandates, land economics, political realities, and private capital into executable, procurement-ready frameworks. As a Partner at Harrington Place Advisors, he leads commercial strategy and due diligence on transit-oriented developments, corridor assemblies, expropriation-sensitive acquisitions, and direct public-private proposals. He also advises on investor relations at Neo Performance Materials (TSX: NEO), contributed to a $435 million merger for a publicly traded CPG manufacturer, helped develop a net-new international port on the Great Lakes anchoring a trade corridor valued at over $100 million annually, served in the Office of the President & CEO at Metrolinx, and began his career advising British Columbia's Ministers of Transportation & Infrastructure and Finance. George is Board Chair of Football Toronto and previously sat on the Forestry Futures Trust of Ontario.
