Dimitris Pagonoudis joined Mikel Coffee Company in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Prior to joining Mikel Coffee Company, Dimitris’ entire career was focused on finance in logistics, commercial and retail companies. Throughout his career at Mikel Coffee Company, Dimitris has focused on human relationships promoting effectiveness on his team through guidance and support with the ultimate goal of maximum functionality as well as profitability for the company as a whole. He is committed to helping create a diverse environment and is proud to be a part of an equal opportunity employer. He holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Accounting and has also received extensive training in Advanced Leadership & Negotiations, Franchise Management, Analysis of Corporate Performance as well as Financial Reporting from various accredited institutions with two additional diplomas in I.F.R.S. and Managerial Accounting and Costing. Born and raised in Thessaloniki, Dimitri is also a father and a family man.
