Panagiotis Vlachos is a strategy and communications expert and a public entrepreneur on innovation for public purposes. He holds a BA in Law (National University of Athens), an MSc in European Governance (LSE) and a Masters in Public Administration (Harvard Kennedy School of Government). He has worked for the private and the non for profit sector as communications adviser. In 2014 he cofounded “Vouliwatch”, a non governmental initiative that promotes accountability and transparency in politics. As a Head of Programs at the Institute of Local Governance and Policy Innovation at the European Public Law Organization, Panagiotis has promoted open government, digital engagement & transparency policies for local & regional administration entities. He has led the political movement “Forward Greece” to promote intergenerational equity and inclusive growth and has served progressive politics from various advisory and political positions. From September 2019 to March 2022 he served as Alternate Spokesperson and Communications Secretary for Movement for Change/PASOK (Kinima Allagis/PASOK), where he supports the party’s communications and strategy.
