Theofilos Vasileiadis is a serial entrepreneur and international executive. Since 2020, he is the CEO of Kariera.gr, a leading HR tech firm based in Greece, which he cofounded in 1997. The company was sold to CareerBuilder.com in 2007 and repurchased by mr. Vasileiadis and a group of experienced investors in 2020. He is also the founder of Socital, a marketing tech company with established presence in UK, Greece and Brazil and Group IMI, an Events company in Dubai and S. Arabia (sold to private investors in 2014). In the past, he also worked as Executive President for Asia/Pacific at CareerBuilder.com. In 2000 Mr. Vasileiadis was awarded for excellence in Entrepreneurship by the President of Greece and the Entrepreneur’s Club. Also, in 2011, he was included in the “40 under 40” Global AIESEC alumni publication. Finally, he served as a board member in WLCi College in India, supporting their global expansion and strategy. He also frequently teaches classes around entrepreneurship and startups in educational organizations in Greece, UK and India. He is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School, since graduating from the Owners/Presidents Management Program (OPM) in 2010 and of Singularity University in Mountain View, CA (Exec. Program 2014).
