Dr. Petros Arvanitis was born in Piraeus, Greece in 1984. He was awarded with his PhD in the field of Finance from the Accounting and Finance Department of Athens University of Economics and Business, in which he has also conducted his PostDoctoral research. He obtained his Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accounting and Finance with specialization in Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), while he has obtained his Bachelor’s degree (BSc) from the University of Piraeus, Department of Banking and Financial Management. He is the Head of Strategy, Planning and Investments of TRAINOSE S.A., and he is also Member of the Executive Committee of TRAINOSE S.A., with his activities mainly expanding in the field of investment planning, business planning, and business development. Dr. Petros Arvanitis is also Member of the External Advisory Board of Athens University of Economics and Business, established by the Department of Accounting and Finance Master’s of Science programs.
