Born in Serres, in 1972, he studied Law in Thessaloniki and then went to Drama School in Athens. He has written three successful TV series, as well as acted in them. He has also presented various tv shows and adaptated to Greek, three world- famous musicals (Rent, Priscilla Queen of the desert, Sweet Charity). In 2019, he wrote and directed his first theatrical play which became immediately a box office success. He is the Greek commentator for the Eurovision song contest. His latest screenplay is about to be aired this April, on ANT1 plus. It is called “Serres”, named after his hometown – a story about a young homosexual son and his father. It is the first ever Greek TV series, where the main character is a gay man.
