Eftichia Kasselaki is part of EY’s leadership team as Partner, People Advisory Services, as well as EY Private Leader in Greece. She took up the role in March 2019 after having served as Executive General Manager at Piraeus Bank, leading Retail Banking, Branch Network, Deposits and Digital Banking having full P&L responsibility and a leading role in business transformation. Before that she was General Manager of Branch Network in Greece, and Group Human Resources where over a period of over 15 years she has led in terms of people & supported business in multiple mergers and acquisitions in Greece and Southeastern Europe. Eftichia is passionate about purposeful transformation led and accelerated with people at the centre to contribute to a better and sustainable world. Her consulting focus areas are in the field of Board Maturity, Organizational Design, Rewards & Remuneration Policies, Culture Transformation, Performance and Talent Management, Change experience in the context of Corporate Transactions and Digital Transformation, Family Business Governance and Succession Planning. E. Kasselaki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Analysis & Behaviour from Lancaster Business School, and a B.A. in Philosophy & Psychology from National Kapodestrian University in Athens. The first 7 years following her studies she joined consulting where she had built expertise in the areas of Recruitment, Culture and Leadership Assessment and Development, as well as Negotiations based on Harvard Negotiation Project. She is married with two sons.
