Nikolaos Kouretas was born in Athens in 1972. He graduated from the Technical University of Budapest School of Architecture in 1995 and completed his postgraduate studies in 1995 in the Design of Public Buildings for People with Special Needs. He established his Architectural office in 1997. His firm has completed several designs and has supervised residences, office buildings, sports facilities and hotels. Among his notable cooperations these with the office of Alexander Samaras in 1997-2004 and Michael Graves in 1999-2000 stand out. He was a Managing Director of the Public Enterprise for the Construction of Nursing facilities (DEPANOM SA), a member of the Board of Directors of OASA, Executive Vice President of ERGOSE SA
