Petros Sfikakis (Mr.) is a lawyer, co-founder and managing partner of the Athens-based LEXPARTNERS Sfikakis & Associates Law Firm, with over 25 years of experience in legal advisory and litigation services in Greek and EU public procurement law and business law. He has provided legal support to several contracting authorities and private organizations on tenders and implementation of various projects, including Athens Metro lines 3 and 4 extension, the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, highways, railways, marinas, real estate, PPP and concession contracts as well as numerous large-scale private projects. He has also been involved in litigation before Greek courts of all levels, in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, as well as before the European Commission.
