Guy serves as VP at Social Finance Israel (SFI) and leads the advisory department of the organization. He is responsible for establishing a unique multi-disciplinary advisory practice, developing and implementing novel impact measurement tools and consultancy services for government offices, donors, businesses and NPOs. In his role Guy also initiates and maintains strategic partnerships, locally and internationally, to promote professional services and greater impact for the Israeli social sector. Prior to joining SFI, Guy served as the CEO of Midot, an Israeli NPO specializing in impact measurement, and led its merger to SFI at March 2020. In this position, Guy led the development of a variety of innovative social impact measurement tools, while expanding the reach of the Midot Seal of Effectiveness – the Israeli gold standard for NPO management. Additionally, He was CEO of Halev, a volunteer organization providing thousands of Israelis in need with free legal aid every year. Guy started his career in the private sector, holding various financial positions at Strauss Group. Guy is a licensed attorney, and earned a B.A in Law and Economics as well as an M.A in Business Administration from the Tel Aviv University.
