First Vice President & Managing Director Southern Europe Hill International, Greece

Mr. Sigalas is the First Vice President & Managing Director for Southern Europe, including operations in Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Albania. He joined Hill International in London in 2005 and is currently overseeing in excess of €3.0 Billion of infrastructure and building projects in the region. Among other, ongoing or recent roles include PM Executive for the Hellinikon Infrastructure & Landscape Program, PM Director for the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Health Initiative, PM Director for the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, Project Executive of the Independent Engineer’s team for the New International Airport in Crete (Kasteli) and Port of Piraeus. He has been the Lead Technical Advisor on a number of transactions internationally working for investment funds and lenders. He holds the Degree of Civil Engineer from NTUA and a Master in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
