For over 30 years. He currently leads the Strategic Planning & Marketing, Human Resources, Cruise & Ferry and Logistics Departments at Piraeus Port Authority S.A. Captain Weng holds an MSc. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Shipping Navigations both from Shanghai Maritime University.
