Nancy Zachariadou is working at Piraeus Bank for 25 years while for the last 2 years she has joined the Group Cultural and Social Initiatives Unit, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies, action plans and initiatives that generate measurable social impact. Prior to this position, she worked for 10 years in the Customer Experience and Loyalty Unit, acquiring significant experience in customer experience as well as in qualitative and quantitative research field.  Her career journey started from the crucial field of retail banking, where she worked for 13 years, reaching the highest level of branch management level. She graduated from Arsakeia – Tositseia Schools in 1990 and completed her studies in French Literature at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. Nancy also holds an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece. She has participated in numerous conferences as a public speaker, the most recent being KPMG’s Customer Experience Summit in 2019, where Nancy represented Piraeus Bank, highlighting its Customer centered strategy.
