Dr. Stelios Koutroubinas has 25 years of experience in Telecommunications and in embedded electronic systems design. An electrical engineer by training, he has accumulated vast experience in designing market competitive microelectronic products and developing high caliber engineering teams. Fresh from a PhD in electronics, Stelios after 9 years at ATMEL, ended up as Managing Directorfor the R&D division in Greece. He went on, to senior leadership roles at Bytemobile. Since 2014, Stelios is managing MEAZON SA that designs and produces innovative products for the Energy sector with customers worldwide. The contribution of these products in the energy digitization is disruptive. A Cyber Physical System based on Meazon’s products is the key to solve some of the most challenging problems that Utilities face such as Energy Disagreegation and Predictive Maintenance. Stelios is the author of 15 peerreviewed papers and three patents.
