Pavlos is a London-based Associate Partner in IBM’s Enterprise Strategy and Industry Transformation Practice and a member of the UK & Ireland leadership team. He is an evangelist of enterprise agility and has advised, and partnered with industry leaders to formulate, mobilise and execute modern enterprise strategies, with an emphasis on large scale digital transformation initiatives. Pavlos has 10+ years of experience advising FTSE100 and Fortune 500 clients across financial services, insurance, aviation, utilities, life science & pharma as well as the public sector. Prior to joining IBM, Pavlos’s consulting experience was focused on innovation and strategy. He led the global innovation & design practice at Chaucer, was a member of the innovation advisory team at Deloitte UK and a member of the strategy team at Hellenic Petroleum. He holds an MSc and BSc (Hons) from Cass Business School, City, University of London and several executive leadership, agile coaching and product management certifications. He has served as an executive and non-executive board member to many European and International NGOs.
