'We are all rightly struggling for today, but if we don't pay attention to the next day then it will find us unprepared. And the next day is about the young generation, our children, at a time when migration of young people abroad or in large urban centers is extremely worrying. In this context, our goal is to set the proper conditions so that whatever they follow, they have the option of staying in our area and if they still leave to be able to return and bring their creativity and know-how to our place.'
