Yasemin Bilgel is the Vice Chair for Foreign Relations and Security at DEVA (Remedy) Party. She received her B.A. from Duke University in political science, history and economics. She completed her M.A. in international relations at Yale University and PhD in political science at the University of Chicago. She teaches and does research on international relations theory, regional power politics and Turkish foreign policy.
