Artemis Seaford is a Public Policy Manager on Security Policy for Meta, where she leads global policy efforts to understand, detect and address emerging adversarial threats. She is also a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Europe Center of the Atlantic Council, where she focuses on digital technology and public sector innovation with an emphasis on Greece. Previously, Artemis was the Executive Director of the Ascend Collaborative, overseeing a multi-million budget promoting refugee integration in Greece. She has also worked for the President of Open Society Foundations, where she helped forge the foundation’s strategy on migration. Trained as a lawyer, she has clerked for the Supreme Court of Rwanda and represented clients on anti-trust matters in DC. She has also spent time in the United Nations, the EU Delegation to the US, McKinsey & Co, Oliver Wyman, and Search for Common Ground.    Her writings have appeared on various publications including Foreign Affairs, and the American Interest.  She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Stanford, a J.D. from Stanford Law School, an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
