Ermis Chalvatzis is an award-winning RIBA and ARB chartered architect and the co-founder of LIANOU CHALVATZIS ARCHITECTS ( LC Architects). Ermis is focused on developing innovative, sustainable and future-proof signature architecture and design, that engages and transforms cities, while providing inspiring urban spaces. Ermis received his Masters in Architecture and Urbanism from the Architectural Association (AA) School, Design Research Laboratory (DRL) in London on 2011, with project distinction. Together with Natassa Lianou, they have developed their signature design architectural language and through their international practice LC Architects, they design and deliver high-end landmark projects. The firm’s portfolio spans across 3 continents and has received numerous prestigious awards, and some of their work includes prize winning projects such as The Orbit, the Cosmote TV Headquarters & Studios and The BEAT. Prior establishing his creative firm, he worked at Zaha Hadid Architects as Senior Architect in the core design team of numerous prestigious world-class projects. Ermis has won various awards for his trajectory in architecture and recently he was among the winners of Europe 40 under 40, 2021-2022 recognizing the Next New Generation of talented European architects.
