Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson served as a US diplomat from 1965-1999 with assignments in Somalia, Libya, Washington, Greece, Morocco and the United Nations. He subsequently became President of Anatolia College in Thessaloniki from 1999-2009 and of Athens College from 2017-2020. His books include "The Non-Aligned, the United Nations and the Superpowers" (1983); "The Incidental Oriental Secretary and Other Tales of Foreign Service" (2016); and "American Hero-The True Story of Tommy Hitchcock" (Contributor-2016).Jackson studied at Princeton and received his MA from the Fletcher School. He lives in Athens and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Home Project.
