1972: co-founded, with Costa Carras, ELLINIKI ETAIRIA 

Directed 16 internationally awarded documentaries (Chicago, Thessaloniki & MediMed Film Festivals, EU awards).

2017: elected ELLINIKI ETAIRIA President.

2019: European Heritage Award for “Greek Paths of Culture”.

2021: Editor “Fragile Earth”. 2009: Academy of Athens life΄s work award (Heritage – Environment).
